My
name is Tom Lazzaro, Broker/Owner
of Sellstate Alliance.
My brokerage is
dedicated to helping
investors find
cash-flowing investments
as well as helping banks sell their repossessed property!
Some quick history on
myself:
- I have been working in the foreclosure/repo market for 9
years and I even teach others about the processes and intricacies of each type
of investment deal. There are honestly very few realtors such as myself in
Colorado Springs.
- I am a good standing member of the NRBA
(National REO Brokers Association), and therefore sell and market bank-owned
property.
- I am a college graduate and served over 5 years in the U.S. Air Force. I
work with the utmost of integrity and discipline and have years of happy
clients to prove it!
My wife Shelly (also a realtor) and I pride
ourselves in taking great care of our customers, as we regularly share deals
and clients. Combining efforts enhances our quality of service.
